Data Deletion Instructions

Cinemagic Ai uses an internal tool to read and answer direct messages sent to our Instagram accounts. We keep only what is needed to answer your message.

To ask us to delete any data we hold about you from your messages to us on Instagram:

  1. Email privacy@cinemagics.com with the subject Data deletion request.
  2. Include your Instagram username so we can find your messages.
Email a deletion request

We will confirm receipt and delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can also delete your conversation with us at any time in the Instagram app.
